On the Job Training are providers of IPAF Training, PASMA Training, Ladder Association Training, along with Manual Handling Training, Abrasive Wheels Training and PAT Testing Training. We undertake IPAF training in Gloucestershire, IPAF Training in Kent and IPAF training in the UK anywhere it is needed. We are providers of PASMA training in Gloucestershire, Kent and similarly anywhere in the UK.

On The Job Training is a multi-disciplined provider of Work at Height and Safety Training. We offer training for Powered Access, Mobile Access Towers, Low Level Access, Ladders, Steps Manual Handling, PAT Testing and Abrasive Wheels and we offer training courses to nationally recognised standards.

We are a registered and approved training centre for PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' & Manufacturers' Association), tLA (The Ladder Association) and IPAF (International Powered Access Federation).

Our open courses are ideally suited to individuals, the self employed or organisations who have only a small number of people to train. Bookings for our open courses are available for 1 to 12 places per course. We run open courses at our training centres on a daily basis, or alternatively, we can come to your site, subject to suitable facilities
