as a trainee at llite i found the whole workplace a complete and utter disgrace. the work area wich i was supposed to work in was appauling! hardly any of the staff are willing to help you, there are no clean toilet facilities. there is no point in the course as they only get you to do the work that needs doing as they cannot be bothered to pay somebody qualified to do it. health and safety would have a field day if they ever came here....

Llite provided me with a first class service and always put my needs first....

I am in bricklaying and have been on programme 5 weeks and have achieved 5 units already. I am provided with my own training bay which is safe and clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The staff take on board my views and are currently in the proccess of developing the toilets and training area. Llite always but the trainess first!...

As the Business Manager within the centre I have no knowledge of a Paul Smith on our provision, I would be quite happy however to meet with the individual in question and discuss any concerns he may have....

In my view the setup Llite have at Effingham street is a farce, They are supposed to show health and safety, yet the whole place is a danger, Shoddy bare exposed live wiring, poor sanitised toilets, no facilities to sit and eat a hot and cold meal or drink, poorly equipt in varios trades training including plumbing, bricklaying, and plastering, best I found was the joinery (credit to this section) seemed the only part run correctly, If health and safetly was introduced to this site I am sure they would be closed down, and yet they are funded by the government to train out of work people to get them into work ? They have no interest in the trainees at all, they dont care if you get any qualification or not at the end of it, so long as they get their money, BEWARE !!...
